Sara and Nick…So many amazing things to say about this couple and their wedding. It was a blast to work with them and their day went smoothly. We started off with some getting ready photos with Sara and her favorite people. The lighting in this house was PRIME so I was already so in love with these photos before the wedding even started.
Artistry by Gabrielle killing it! (She’s doing my makeup for my wedding too so go check her out!!)
Then we grabbed some detail shots. All the detailsssssssss
S/O to my amazing second shooter Noelle for some of those detail shots and the guys getting ready shots. Having a second shooter come with your wedding photographer is CRUCIAL to make sure the day runs smoothly and everything gets captured.
But back to Sara and Nick. After all the details were captured and everyone was ready and dressed we did a first look with Sara’s father. Dad first looks always have my heart because dads are always so excited to see their little girl.
Then I got some bridal party photos while Noelle went and got groomsmen photos. Both Sara and her bridesmaids and Nick and his groomsmen were so laid back and silly and it makes my job so easy when couples are really just having fun on their wedding day and enjoying being with their people.
We took some down time and then it was CEREMONY TIME. Sara’s sister MADE the dream catcher hanging from the arbor and it was the perfect background for the ceremony.
So she comes out of the house with her dad and Nick has his mic on for the Starbuck media (Dan rocks) to get on video and as soon as Nick sees Sara he loses it. It took everything in me not to bust out in tears. It was such a beautiful moment and watching how much they love each other gave me so much happiness.
Then comes the couples and Bridal party photos which honestly is my favorite part of every wedding.
Family photos in front of the big beautiful house at Southern Charm Wedding Venue.
Then it was party time!! Sara danced almost the entire time and I loved every second of it. It was such a fun group and the reception flew by because it felt like we were all just hanging out with friends.
Shout out to all of the amazing vendors that made this day possible :)
